Lemon Buttercream


Ingredients:
200g unsalted butter, room temperature
100g salted butter, room temperature
350g powdered sugar, sifted
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 1/2 to 2 tbs lemon juice

In a mixing bowl beat the butter with hand or stand mixer until white and fluffy. Add gradually powdered sugar, add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Add food coloring if desired, mix until well combined.
