Ingredients:
1 ciabatta bread
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs butter, melted
5 or 6 cloves garlic
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 210 C.
- Cut the bread into half.
- In a food processor, add the garlic, melted butter, olive oil, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and puree until smooth.
- Smear the mixture in both sides of bread, put them back together. Wrap it with aluminum foil and bake it for 8-10 min.
- Unwrap the aluminum foil, lay the bread on both sides up in a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Sprinkle the mozzarella and grated parmesan over both sides of the bread. Bake it for another 8-10 min or until it's golden brown.
